rubber-backed elastic

Anyone know where I can get some of this? Local fabric stores don't carry it. It's regular elastic, with "threads" of elastic through it on one side. (nice for non-slippage) plz see pic in photos

    You should be able to get it at a major fabric store. I dont know if you have JoAnns out there. If you dont you could check their website. Dont buy anything with out a coupon though. Coupons are like water at JoAnns. If that dosnt work, try Greenberg and Hammer.
